Since our Founding in 2004, Office Advantage continues to serve our loyal customers by providing knowledgeable service and outstanding value.

Today more than ever Office Advantage is thankful for those who have allowed us to succeed - our customers and our people.

Our Vision is simple: We seek to understand our customers' procurement process and then provide time and money saving solutions that drives down the total cost of their office products program.

Having spent years working for the largest companies in the industry, Janette Martinez and Rod Manson felt it was time to create a uniquely San Diego based company that blended the benefits of today's easy to use internet technologies with a commitment to our community.

Office Advantage works to do business the right way. We go against the grain of today's mega-corporations and reinvest a significant portion of our profits into our community, not our pockets.

Office Advantage can be your Business Source for Office Products, Ink & Toner, Paper & Pads, Breakroom & Snacks, Facilities & Cleaning Supplies, Safety & Security Products as well as Office Furniture & Space Planning.

Together, we create programs that reduce the number of vendors companies use while driving down the total cost of their supplies program. We offer flexible billing options, on-demand reporting tools and a state of the art ecommerce platform.

Sustainability and Our Future

We offer a comprehensive recycling program including the collection of spent ink and toner cartridges, batteries and cell phones as well as some office electronics.

Our commitment goes beyond a slogan. We understand the integral part each person and business plays in creating a better environment for our kids.

Our 'Think Before Printing' policy encourages our staff to file electronically. We would encourage all of our customers to consider the impact printing emails and documents has on our environment. Even though we sell paper and toner we place a higher value on our environment than our bottom line.

Our packaging material is always recycled paper or air packets and never styrafoam peanuts.

Upon receiving your delivery you may notice we packed your products in a slightly used 'recycled' box. That's right! We will collect boxes from previous orders and reuse them.

Our delivery drivers are our customer service ambassadors. They will help you recycle almost anything!

This summer we have spent most weekends walking/joggin/hiking to raise money for our friends in the Military.

A few of our favorites were the EOD Warrior Foundation's 5k and the Joggin' with the Frogmen 5k at Liberty Station in San Diego.
